My little baby girl is a year and a half old now! She is still my little baby! Chloe seemed so grown up the day we brought Sam home from the hospital. But she's still just so little! I just love my little baby girl!
Chloe is the sweetest little girl! I love her personality, she's fun, she's spunky, and she's starting to get some pout and attitude, and I love it! She is very protective of motherly to her baby brother.
Chloe wakes up with the craziest hair! You can't help but laugh when you see her!
At 18 months Chloe still doesn't talk! This was a worry for me for a while. I hear all of these other babies around the same age as her, or even younger using many, many words. And her big sister was very advanced, even using sentences by this age. BUT, my pediatrician told me not to worry. I still worried. So I googled information and my worries have gone away. She may be a little behind, but I don't care anymore. She can say mom, dad, hi, uh-oh, and owe. She has said a few other words, but only said them a couple times and hasn't said them again since: alligator, kitty, please, thank you. She is, however, fluent in Chinese... at least that's what it sounds like! She is also very good at "Mmmmm-ing" her sounds out while she points. It's amazing how well she can communicate with us without saying a single word! Maybe one day she'll just wake up and start talking, who knows!
Chloe loves babies, books, babies, Little People, babies, dress up, babies, food, and did I mention babies??? Really, I thought Maddie was into babies and pretty "motherly", but Chloe just took it to another level! Chloe is constantly kissing Sam. No joke, she kisses him literally all day long! I'm not sure how he feels about it, but I LOVE it! I love hearing her sweet kissing sounds!
And this face... it breaks my heart! Chloe still has her palsy lip. Because it hasn't gone away now, it probably won't. But I don't care, I love it! When I see this face, I drop everything for this girl! I love her! I love her personality, her attitude, everything! This is at such a fun age, I just wish I could freeze time and enjoy it a little longer! She's turning into my little cuddle bug and I love it!!
And as much as I love this little girl, I am so excited for her to go to nursery now at church! It will be nice for Mike and I to be able to sit and actually listen in church now... for a few more months anyway, until Sam starts getting vocal and mobile... then we're back in the hall again!

Maddie
Maddie has been my little helper these days. She is a great older sister to both Chloe and Sam. It's so nice to have her around to help out when I'm busy and one of the kids need something.
I won't sugar-coat it completely... she has her not so good moments too where she can be a real handful and I want to pull my hair out! She is still my little "fire-cracker"! Maddie is one VERY active lady full of attitude. BUT, the good times make up for the not-so-good times, and Maddie is a pro at sitting {and staying} in time-out! She just melts my heart when I hear her sweet little voice singing her church songs, or when she comes and kisses my cheek and tells me she loves me! Maddie is growing up way too fast. She is learning so much. I find myself staring at her wondering where my little baby went.Maddie doesn't ever stop talking. The other day I asked her if she could just be quiet for a minute and she replied, "Mom, I just have lots of questions to ask you." And she does. She remembers everything!
Maddie is still VERY social! She loves going to school, swim lessons, and church! Maddie even gets to give her very first talk in Primary on the 21st! (We have stake conference next Sunday).

Sam-1 Month
This last month has flown by. We're starting to get used to the new adjustments that come with having 3 children, but we love it, and wouldn't have it any other way!! There is something so sweet about a newborn baby! We are so thankful Sammy is a part of our lives!
Three Kids
The kids were so cute this morning. Having three kids under the age of four isn't easy. We have good days and we have bad days. I love moments like these when they just love on each other, or play together and get along. It will be fun watching as Sam gets older, to see where he fits in and how his relationship develops with his big sisters!
I know I've said this before, but Chloe is completely OBSESSED with her brother. I really can't explain it, it's something you'd have to see for yourself, but I swear this girl thinks about her brother 24/7. She spends at least 50% of her time sitting right next to him giving him loves, kissing him, shoving his pacifier back in his mouth, or just petting his head. The time that she isn't sitting right next to him, she checks on him often. She will come and kiss him every time she walks past him or hears a peep out of him. If he starts crying, she'll try to give him his pacifier and is sure to let us know he needs us.
After Daddy & Maddie came home from church today, the girls decided to go rollerskating, sharing Maddie's skates! Pretty funny!

Grandma's Valentine Surprise
Grandma sent the kids a box of little goodies for Valentine's Day. You can tell from the girls' face that they are always SO excited when a package comes! (Ignore the pretty hair... this was right after nap time!)
Maddie is a bit dramatic, as you can tell from her expressions... and Chloe is just a copy-cat! :)
