Jumperoo

I pulled the Jumperoo out this week for Sam to give it a try now that he's holding his head up pretty well and LOVES to stand up! That being said, he pretty much loves it! I do put a blanket behind his head just to help support it a little bit when he gets tired of holding it up, but he really likes it! He even got his legs moving and actually started to "jump"... as much as a 3 1/2 month old can! He is growing up way too fast!!!

I love the pictures of him smiling at Chloe. She is usually too rough with him, but 85% of the time I seem to be more bothered by it than Sam is!

St. George- Pool

We went to St. George last weekend with Mike's family. I split up the posts just because it was easier for me so keep scrolling down!! We had a good time! The weather could have been MUCH better. It was yucky the day we drove in on Thursday, was sunny on Friday and windy and pretty cool, but Saturday and Sunday the weather was great!! We took advantage and took the kids to a water park, swimming pools, and ended it all with ice cream! :)

Maddie LOVES to swim! I'm pretty sure she could swim all day long if we'd let her! I love watching her now that she's able to swim some on her own! It's so fun watching her practice what she's learned in swim lessons!

St. George- Pirate Island

We went to Pirate Island to celebrate birthdays: Brody (April 7th), Alisa (April 23rd), and Maddie (May 18th). They all got sung to and their own ice cream birthday treat!

The kids always love going and playing the games there. I didn't enjoy it completely... no naps for the kids is not fun! I think at one point, all 3 of my kids were crying at the same time. Good thing it's loud in that place!!! They were happy once they were off playing and Sam went to sleep!

St. George- Temple

Maddie's request while we were in St. George (besides swimming 24/7) was to go walk around the temple grounds. She saw the temple when we first drove in and asked that we go walk around! It's such a beautiful temple, and the flowers were gorgeous!

St. George- Hot Tubin It Up

The kids had a blast in the hot tub... so nice to have one right on the patio of our condo!

Lunch With The Dudley Girls

We got together with all the Dudley girls and kids at the church for a fun little lunch while the Virginia Dudley's were in town. The kids had a good time running around playing, and we all had fun catching up!

The whole gang; minus Kate & her boys, and 1 of Bekah's boys.

Chloe & Sofia pushing their babies around.

Maddie with Kate's boys... aren't they adorable?!

I think we wore Sam out. I set him on the bed while I unloaded my sleeping girls from the car and put them in their beds...

That was fun, let's do it again, girls! :)

Mommy & Maddie Date

Maddie and I went on a date on Monday to get pedicures.
The nice lady ended up painting Maddie's fingers and toes and even added some cute little polka dots!

Maddie loved her nails!
It was so nice spending one-on-one time with Maddie!

Chloe's New Obsession

Besides picking her nose... that one is annoying. She doesn't even pick it, she just walks around with her finger up her nose, constantly!!! She also still has her baby obsession (she even changes her baby's diaper with a wipey and all)!
But her newest obsession is sitting on her potty chair. She used to be freaked out about it so we are excited that she likes it now, but really, she wants to sit on it constantly! Naked!
I think it really is more of a naked obsession then a potty obsession. She loves to be naked and knows I won't let her be unless she's in the bath or on the potty. She's a silly girl!
She hasn't ever actually gone potty while sitting on the chair, and I'm not pushing it at all! She'd like to wear big girl panties like Maddie, but I know what will happen so we haven't done that either. Maybe once she actually pees in it, I'll give in to a few of her "wants"!
Mike and I keep joking that maybe Chloe will be potty trained before she can talk! Although, it's not really a joke, it really is a great possibility!
Cutest little naked bum trying to take off before mom gets a diaper on her!

*I should note: We don't normally keep potty chairs in the kitchen! Chloe just thinks it's fun to carry this thing around. I let her sit there because I was in the middle of making dinner and have to keep her in my site while she's naked!

Sam-Role

Someone called Sam "Samuel" a while back and Maddie corrected them because 'that is NOT his name'! I had to explain to her that Samuel is his "real" or "full" name, just like her name is Madeline, but we call her Maddie for short. She understood. But when we said Samuel, she thought we were saying "Sam-role". So Samrole it is!! (And "rolls" he is growing!)
More pictures of my little Sammy Rockstar, because, well, do we need a reason? Just because he's so darn cute!!!
My little monkey is always full of smiles! Mike and I had a hard time paying attention during Sunday School at church on Sunday, not because the lesson wasn't a great one, but because Sam was a bit of a distraction! He is really cooing now and even gives us some giggles! I love it!!! It's so fun to watch his little personality grow!

Sam is very ticklish already. He'll almost always smile if you touch his nose or wipe his mouth. And he'll usually close his eyes and totally relax if you rub your fingers through his hair!
He's starting to be a little more easy going, now that he's starting to feel better.  He still has some rough moments, but for the most part, he's a happy babe! He loves to snuggle, or just sit and hang out, watching whatever is going on around him.

Sam still doesn't enjoy tummy time, but he learned this new trick the other day to get off his tummy... up on all fours (well, sort of anyway!)
