Disneyland- Day 4

Day 4- Monday, September 21st

Maddie and I rode the cars first thing in the morning because the line seems to fill up fast. I guess Chloe wasn't tall enough to go. I didn't know they had a height requirement on it, we had taken Maddie on it when we went 2 years ago. Oh well, Chloe got some one-on-one time with Daddy.

Waiting for Winnie the Pooh ride. I don't remember going on this one before, it was a pretty cute, bright ride. The girls really liked it. Chloe was asleep the first time Maddie and I went on it so we came back a second time so she could ride it too! :)

Yep, she did it! Thanks to those beautiful shoes she's wearing. She was a little freaked out about it after they got off the ride, and started to cry telling me about it. Needless to say, she didn't want to go on it again. But hey, she did it! :)

Both girls crashed before the California Adventures parade, which was fine because we just decided to sit and save a shady spot for an hour until the parade started, which probably wouldn't have happened if they were awake! They woke up not too long after the parade started because of all the water. It was quite the wet parade, everyone in it had these squirt guns that shot LOTS of water, not just little squirts. We got pretty wet!

Disneyland- Day 3

Day 3- Sunday, September 20th
We decided to take this day off from Disneyland for some much needed rest and relaxation! We ended up going out on a shoe hunt, to find Maddie some shoes with a slight heel on them so she'd be able to ride on the bigger rides. She was 1/2 an inch too short. We came back and swam in the pool for a little while, but that didn't last long because little stinker, Chloe, was throwing a fit. She did not want anything to do with her floaty, and did not want to be held. She wanted to walk around freely in the pool... Ya, right! That wasn't going to happen! So poor Maddie, my little fishy, we were there for less than an hour. We went back for naps, then that night went and walked downtown Disney and ate dinner at a very yummy pizza place there. It was a good day of rest for us! :)

Disneyland- Day 2

DAY 2- Saturday, September 19th.
Sitting on the firetruck, while waiting for mommy to go potty, AGAIN! I guess the fireman came by and gave Maddie some stickers.
Riding the tea cups... and don't you worry, we sure spun them fast! And they girls LOVED it! :)

I don't remember this fairy's name, but she was so sweet with the girls! They LOVED visiting with her!

Maddie had begged for one of these suckers since we got there that morning. And she had a constant reminder because they have them EVERYWHERE! I finally told her I'd get her one if she'd eat half her sandwich. She didn't eat much the whole time we were there, which was very unusual for her. I guess she was just too busy having fun!

We went and saw the Playhouse Disney show at California Adventures. Pretty darn cute, the girls LOVED it! They both had smiles the whole time!

Bug's life bumper cars. Daddy took Maddie on them. Maddie loved it because they crashed into everyone (she says). I was bored watching it. These things went about 2 miles an hour... if that!

We went and had lunch at Ariel's Grotto over at California Adventures. Mike and I both ordered the tri tip, very good!!! The girls both got cheese noodles, and once again, Chloe ate better then Maddie! Maddie had a blast having each one of the princesses visit her. She had them sign her autograph book and took a picture with them. She tried to get each one to sit and eat lunch with her, and was pretty disappointed that they had to go eat lunch with their princes. I didn't realize when I told her we were going to eat lunch with the princesses, that to her that meant they would sit with US and actually eat with US! Oops! She woke up this morning and asked if we could go back and eat lunch with the princesses again! :) Definitely a hit, we'll do that again for sure next time we go!
