Did I not just post something from last weekend, and our beautiful 80 degree weather??? And now this weekend.... SNOW??? Are you kidding me? We had a huge hail storm today, and now snow! This is ridiculous!!! I am so ready for summer!! Maddie is loving every minute of this though. She does love the snow!!
This is just a funny picture I took of Maddie this morning. She is sitting in this basket full of toys, watching TV. This can't be comfortable, but she doesn't seem to notice!
What a beautiful day we had today! It's supposed to start raining again tomorrow, so we had to take full advantage of it, and what a day we had! We started out at the Zoo this morning, this is the first time Daddy has been able to come with Maddie, to the Woodland Park Zoo anyway! We all had a blast, and loved being out in the warm weather, even in the morning! Maddie kept wanting these little statue animals to say "cheese" for the camera. She probably would have been just as happy seeing statues, then the real animals. Although, she did get so excited to show Daddy all of the different animals, especially the monkeys and the snakes!
We finished the night off going out for a yummy dinner to one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. Now we are all worn out and ready for bed... but are happy we had such a fun day!
We had Maddie's little friend, Anza, over to play today. We have been trying to catch Maddie on camera counting to ten for a while now, but have been unsuccessful because every time she sees the camera, she gets stubborn and won't do it... even though she counts everything ALL DAY LONG! Not even exaggerating! We finally caught her! I was blowing bubbles with the girls, and she was counting them. So Mike got the camera out and hid behind the couch! Yea, we did it! You will have to pause the music at the bottom to hear her. We think it's really cute! She still needs to work on counting all the numbers... she always skips 3 and 7. Will not say them! So it's 1-2-4-5-6-8-9-10.

For those of you who haven't heard of it, it has two huge gym size rooms full of blow up toys; like slides, basketball, obstacle courses, etc. The kids had a blast. Jackson's favorite was the slide (that was mine too!) Maddie's favorite was probably a tie between the slide and the obstacle courses. But she loved it all, and usually took Auntie Heather or Uncle Benjamin's hand to go play... she chose who was "allowed" to go with her! I added a few videos and pictures of the fun we had! The good part was, under two plays for half price, and the parents play free!! We probably had just as much fun as the kids!It was a blast, and we will definitely go back again! We were so sad that Parker, Brooklynn, and Jackson had to go back home today. We have had a such a great time with them the past few days!! Maddie will miss them for sure, they are all she talks about anymore!!

Mmmmm, CUPCAKES! Maddie's favorite! She would eat these for breakfast, lunch and dinner if we'd let her; and she tried! :)
Maddie made the biggest mess at dinner tonight. She was eating lasagna and broccoli-- her favorite! She ate most of her dinner, and when she decided she was done, she started spreading broccoli all over her chair, all over her body, throwing it on the floor; it was everywhere... in a matter of seconds! This girl has never purposely made such a huge mess at dinner. She is normally such a good eater, she eats every last spec on her plate. So I stripped her down to spray her off in the sink. She had little pieces of broccoli covering her entire body, even in her belly button! She decided she wanted to take a bath in the sink. So, I thought I was being smart and filled the sink with water and let her play in the water while we finished cleaning up her mess. She did love it, but she keeps pointing to the sink now asking for a bath in that one. After telling her no over and over and over again, she asked if her baby could have a bath in that one. I think we're in trouble now! 
Maddie has loved coloring lately! She is always wanting to color, and usually wants someone to color with her. For those of you who have been so fortunate to have colored with Maddie before, know how fun it really is... ha ha ha! She is very bossy, trades you colors over and over again, and scribble over everything you're coloring. And before you know it, she is turning the page. It's funny to watch people get excited when they can actually color a whole object before she turns the page on them! But, we think she has gotten pretty good at coloring just about everything on the page. Here are a few pictures she has colored recently.
I've had some requests for pictures of my 'baby bump', so here they are! 
It's official! I hit 18 weeks tomorrow and I officially have a little bump! I guess it's time to pull out those maternity clothes!! Maddie already loves to "see" the baby (that means pulling my shirts up and looking at my belly). It has been so fun feeling this one move around sooner than I did with Maddie. I love feeling the little flutters, usually more intense at night, just like with Maddie! It makes it seem so much more real when you can actually feel the baby move around! I love it! A week or so ago, Mike even got to feel it move for the first time!! We are so excited and can't wait to find out what this little one is... 2 weeks from tomorrow!!!
